This is a great creed, and a really excellent exercise in distilling what it is that is important to us. Mine would probably include some statements like, “less judging and more accepting,” “my body is my home,” “every moment contains growth and healing,” “trust yourself,” and a bunch of things I’ll only think about after I post this comment

Thanks so much for reading the creed and adding your own thoughts. I think it’s a great idea, and very empowering, to take the time to distill one’s core beliefs/values into short, tangible phrases. By tangible, I mean they can act as touchstones for us when we feel ungrounded or that we’re wandering a bit through our lives. We all need something that helps us focus and reminds us who we are.
